There was a pretty terrible post on /r/askmrp by users woo199112 earlier today. I mean, there are a lot of terrible posts, but this post in particular “outs” guys that are flat-out lazy. Guys that are lazy cunts that couldn’t even be bothered with swallowing any of the basics that are listed on the sidebar.
“But, but, where do you see the issues?!”
I’m glad you asked…
‘Been doing this for about 3 weeks to a month now.’
He has “been working” on this for at least a month (I will be generous); yet, he hasn’t even gone through any of the sidebar material in order, which is key. The first month of working through your MAP should have the following completed: NMMNG, MMSLP, followed by the lifting routine sorted out. The bare minimum. Yeah, WISNIFG is a long-ass book, but the other two are both manageable reads and re-reads within the first month.
Why does this matter?
His post already shows the basics that are taught within the first two books (i.e. shit tests & developing your frame). Within a month, he has already glossed over some of the basic elements to develop a successful MAP. When you go and start asking questions about course pre-req material, it just shows everyone how a month of “work” on your end is full of shit. The guys that don’t get the outside perspectives, advice, and suggestions can’t be bothered to hold up the bargain on their side.
Don’t be a lazy cunt. Read the basics and internalize what you are reading to gain knowledge.

thanks for the post, some times you just need to do your own research to find out by yourself.
